40 EUR Cleaning fee: excessive and does not appear early enough in the reservation process. Bathroom: smells like sewage Location right above a lively bar: noise level in the evening :(

Give back my money
they asked me card number for deposit. And they withdrawed my 250euros. But until now(2 weeks later from stay) they haven't given back my money. They igonred my text and email. Don't use this apartment. There are no check-in desk and the room is full of weird smell.

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION TO ANYONE ELSE
The cleaning expense (40€ -so expensive for only one night stay) was not clearly mentioned on the site of Booking.com. If I had known the extra payment, I would have never chosen this accommodation. Furthermore, the quality of amenities was much lower than my expectation. A body soap & shampoo which NEVER bubble enough to wash whole body, the dryer was so weak that it takes sooooo long to dry up our hairs etc.

Comfortable, lively but noisy. My advise is to pay in cash so you don't get overcharged.
Location: nice neighborhood, lively. Bars, restaurants AND a playground for children. Studio was comfortable and pretty. Very comfortable beds.
I was charged €10 too much. The owner promised to return it, but he still hasn't. Also, it was extremely noisy during the night because of the bars/restaurants. But also at 7am due to very loud youngster neighbors.
